The village itself has in the last year lived up to its name and, like the Sleeping Beauty, has awoken. A number of old buildings have been renovated and now house a variety of shops - one can enjoy a coffee, a glass of wine or something to eat, browse and find a range of interesting things to buy, have a new hair style or a facial, and more. One complex even boasts a special hitching rail with nearby running water for one’s horse! There are a number of other venues, where one can satisfy one’s inner needs and at the same time meet some of the villagers (a very friendly community), enjoy ‘happy hour’ on Friday evenings or other special events from time to time.
